The collages by Anton Litvin are based on the photos of the Guelman Gallery interior. Put back into the gallery environment they imitate mirrors - if the viewer looks from a certain point. But as soon as one makes a step aside, the illussion disappears. Inspite all the exactness of the hall interior depicted in Anton Litvin's works, the spectator watches the unreal view as he can't see oneself in these "reflections".
The collages are made of an un unfamiliar material - flint-paper - supplying them with the relief and pattern resembling the wall plaster or the floor covering.
